The Path Building Program provides structured personal and operational growth coaching through assigned Guides and digital milestone tracking tools.
The program is an Industrial-Organizational coaching and operational development framework. It does not constitute licensed medical advice, clinical therapy, or mental health diagnosis.

3. Mobile Messaging Program & SMS Terms

By submitting your phone number on our website forms or opting into communications from PATH Technologies LLC, you agree to the following messaging terms:

Program Description: Subscribers receive account updates, onboarding communications, intake assessments, and direct messages from assigned Guides or system assistants (e.g., Shepherd).
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your program engagement and account activity.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our 1-800 toll-free number. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Carrier Liability: Cellular carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
